Thomas Scott was born 22 December 1810 in Kentucky, son of John Scott and Sarah "Sallie" McDaniel.[1][2] He married Elizabeth McShane, daughter of Daniel McShane and Nancy Talbott on 22 December 1840 in Harrison County, Kentucky.[3][4] He wrote a will on 3 June 1844 and died 19 June 1844.[5] He was buried in Old East Broadwell Cemetery in Harrison County, Kentucky.[6]
