Nancy Scott is the daughter of John and Rachel Scott of New Garden, Indiana and was born in Indiana on 23 Aug 1806^[1]

Nancy married Burton Knoles on 13 Sep 1825 in Posey County, Indiana, United States ^[2]. Burton and Nancy had 10 children ^[3]. 1850 census lists all children except Martha who got married earlier in 1850 and was not in Burton's home . She was with Trumbo household (see: 1850; Census Place: Menard, Illinois; Roll: 120; Page: 307B). Martha also had a cemetery record.
