Biography

Maxcy was born in 1862, the son of Robert Scott and Cornelia Hall.^[1]

Maxcy married Adlena DeWitt and they had 5 children: Lockwood, Arthur, Maxcy, Martha, and Jane.^[2]

He passed away in 1938.^[3]
