Born in 1745, the son of Abraham and Sarah (Dean) Scribner, Abraham would live out his life in and around Norwalk, Connecticut. He would marry Anna (Unknown) in around 1780 and they would have one child, John Scribner.
Abraham fought in the Revolutionary War participating as a member of the Connecticut Militia in Captain Marvin's Company, serving in 1776.
Abraham died sometime around 1785 at about 40 years of age.
