Research Note
The last name: JOPPA, is questionable so I went with Seale believing the Registrar was referring as to where William Seale was a resident of. The town of JOPPA. " The settlement was named for the Biblical town of Jaffa in the ancient Holy Land of modern day Israel." NOT a person.
He passed away in 1767.
