Keziah Seay was born in 1762 in Amelia County, Virginia, the daughter of Jesse G. Seay and Betsey Belton Lyon. He was the sister of Five More Seay, Gidion Seay, Maiden Dee Seay, Surgis Seay, James M. Seay, Phoebe Seay, Alexander A. Seay, Cynthia Seay, Anne Seay, Reuben Seay, Cyrus Seay, Mary Polly A. Seay, Oney Seay, Cynthia M. Seay and Elizabeth Seay.[1][2]
Keziah married William Pollard on December 22, 1787 in Amelia County, Virginia, United States.[3] They had at least the following children:

- Isaac Pollard [4]
Keziah died January 1, 1847 in Inman, Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA and was buried at Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina.[5]
