Per Wilburn Glenwood Vincent, John Nathaniel Seay is buried in the SEAY cemetery in Talladega. He said John Nathaniel Seay was a U.S. Marshall for 11 years and was appointed Justice of the Peace in 1921. The U.S. Marshall's Service in Washington D.C. has no record of his service either as a Marshall or a Deputy Marshall. This family legend cannot be proved as yet.
