Biography
In Book, page 41, April 1781 of the Treasured and Comptrollers Records Misc. Revolutionary Army Account. No.631 Stephen Sebastian was paid 139:19:6 Heirs of Stephen Sebastian received Land Bounty#3021, North Carolina. Stephen Sebastian, 84 months service, received 640 acres in Rutherford Co., NC in 1785. He served from Hallifax Co., NC and Virginia.
