William Seddon was born in about 1868 in Bolton, Lancashire, England. [1]
He married Catherine Aindow in about 1896/7. [1]
In 1911, employed as a dataller in a coal mine he was boarding with his wife and 5 children at 20 Holt Steet, Leigh, Lancashire. [1]
In 1921 he was still in 20 Holt Street with his wife and 6 children. He was a dataller. [2]
