Nathan Seddon was born in 1842 at Scarisbrick, Lancashire. He married Mary Huyton, daughter of John Huyton on 24 Aug 1870 in Scarisbrick, and had a daughter Catherine (Kate). After Mary's death, Nathan married again to Isabella, and had one more child, Martha.
Nathan Seddon of Park Hall Farm, Moss Lane, Southport, farmer, died 24 Sep 1914, with probate granted in Liverpool on 3 Nov 1914 to Nathan Seddon, farmer, and Margaret Seddon, spinster.[1][2]
Research Notes
Isabella's surname was probably Rimmer. Her mother Ann appears to have married Shadrach Hooton, and Isabella sometimes went under the name Isabella Hooton. Isabella first married Nathan Seddon, b 1839, son of Nathan Seddon and Margaret Blundell, and had 5 children. After Nathan's death in 1879, she married Nathan b 1842.
