John Harold Seddon was born in 1901 in Birkenhead, Cheshire, England.
In 1911 he was with his parents and 3 siblings at 22 Barnston Street, Birkenhead.[1]
He married Dorothy Moore on 30 September 1929 at St Stephen's church, Chorlton upon Medlock, Lancashire.[2]
