Biography
William Seddon was born in about 1867, the son of John Seddon, a carter.
He married Margaret Ellen Parkinson on 5 October 1889 at St James' church, Chorley, Lancashire. He was a labourer. [1]
In 1891 he was with his wife and son at his father's' home in Whittle le Woods, Lancashire. [2]
Immigrated with entire family to USA 1900
