- "Thomas Seiz und seine frau ihre Tochters Deise und Eise sind geboren den 15 Merz getauft den 7 Junius 1817 Zeugen sind Jacob Rudisil und seine frau."
- Translation: To Thomas Seiz and his wife daughters Deise [Disa] and Eise [Isa] born 15 March baptized 7 June 1817 [twin daughters]. Baptismal witnesses: Jacob Rudisil and his wife.[1]

Previous published translations mistakenly have these children as one child, "Laura Elizabeth." Although the writing is in German script, it is very legible.
