Biography

Marion Selby was born 23 May 1908, in Oakland, Alameda County, California. She is a daughter of Charles Selby Sr. and Julia Keegan. ^[1]

She married John Charles Adams Jr., 16 Feb 1932 in San Francisco, San Francisco County, California. John died on 03 Aug 1936, in Marin County, California.

Marion remarried to Charles Allan Stewart, sometime after 1937. They traveled the world, with Charles's jobs. On his retirement, they returned back to Caracas, Venezuela, where they had lived when he worked there. Charles died in 1973.

Marion died 01 Dec 1978, in Caracas, Venezuela. She was injured during a robbery and died. She is buried in the Cementerio del Este, Caracas, Capital District, Venezuela. ^[2]

• Birth Date: 23 May 1903 (1920 Census has her age 17); Find A Grave 23 May 1908, has her age 70 in 1978. She was the eldest daughter (family), which makes 1903 more correct.
