Biography

Elizabeth Selby was the daughter of Thomas Selby and Mary Cornelius. She was born about 1657 in Northampton County, Virginia.

She married Peter Clavell. They had children:

1. Peter
2. Selby
3. Thomas
4. Comfort

Peter died and left bequests to Elizabeth in his 1692 will, proved in Accomack County Court. He also named her as his Executrix.

Elizabeth may have died in 1745 (need source).
