Yosef Selzer was the father of Eidel Selzer. She was born 1870 in an area at that time part of Austria and now part of Ukraine. Her father is apparently named (Hebrew name) on daughter Eidel/Ida's grave.[1]
His birth date and place are not known, but are estimated as before 1855, likely in Austria as those borders had not changed much in that period.
