Congratulations on being Pre-1700 certified!
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, coordination is essential. Thanks for joining the 1776 Project.
Please be sure to check with the Virginia Project for special guidelines on pre-1700 ancestors from that area.

Zornes is an uncommon surname we share. We are 6th cousins 2x removed on this line. I hope to one day sort out the brick wall at Johann Zornes. I have started a Zornes One Name Study which you can see is a major work in progress and needs some work. I would love any help you can give. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Zornes_Name_Study

Thanks for joining us! Im David, a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site.
Did you have fun learning your way around WikiTree?
I just wanted to check in and see how things are going. Do you have any questions I can answer?
Thank you, David ~ WikiTree Mentor
You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week so I am checking in to see how it is going. The New Member How-Tos are for you to work at your own pace. If you had time to look, were they helpful?
I'm here to help with questions about how WikiTree works. Just click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page. I'll get back to you by the end of the day.

PS If you get a "Page Not Found" error when clicking WikiTree email links, you can often find a working version in the public comments on your profile.
PPS Did you discover that the tags on your profile are clickable links to a page of other people who have that tag? You can add more, up to 20 total.
You are now a confirmed member of the WikiTree community and can start adding your family.
Since WikiTree is different from other genealogy sites, we have a guided tour for new members. See the links at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:New_Member_How-To
Great to have you on board, enjoy, and good luck growing your branches.
Cheers, Liz
P.S. If you get a "Page Not Found" error when you click a link in a WikiTree e-mail, you can usually find a functioning link in the public comments section of your profile page.
