Biography

Russell Robert Sensing was born on 14 May 1909 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. He was the older son of the two sons of Robert C. Sensing (1887-1919) and Sarah Elizabeth Coles (1893-1953). His sibling was Harry Lewis Sensing. Russell died on 23 Sep 1960 in Burbank, Los Angeles County, California.[1]

Russell married Mary Dorothy Cecilia Palmer (1914-1952) at age 23 on Dec 31, 1932 in Los Angeles, California. Mary was the daughter of George Walter Palmer and Katherine Borgia Burns. After Mary's death, Russell married Amber Elizabeth Birlem/Baer Sensing on Aug 13, 1955 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California at age 45[2]
