Serine-10 and Serine-9 appear to represent the same person because: I believe these are the same person. Mother Jennie Kilpatrick Serine states she had 3 births with only 2 living in 1900 & 1910 census. Living children are James and Anna E 'AKA' Electa A. In 1910 census Anna is already married to David Mcclenahan and has had dau Evelyn. For some reason the census has her maiden name though she is married.
