Cordelia Alice Servis was born 7 Jun 1866. She was the daughter of Jacob Servis and Mary Phillips. She had 5 brothers and sisters. They all resided in Fulton County, Illinois at the time.
Cordelia met and married a Mr. Stephen A. Peters (1862–1934). The couple had at least one child together, a girl named Bernita (1907–1995).
