Biography

Benjamin was born about 17 Apr 1830. He married "U. Unknown". He died near Albion, Illinois on 24 Oct 1868 and was interred in the Slott/Sloat Cemetery near Albion, IL.[1]

Many of the Cemetery grave stones are hard to read. No birth date was recorded but an estimate was calculated from his death date of 24 Oct 1868 and his inscribed age of 38 yrs, 6 months, 9 days. Also engraved on his grave stone: "Husband of U Severns"
