Biography
When Hiram Joseph Sewell was born on March 2, 1879, in Georgia,[1] his father, Franklin, was 26 and his mother, Millicent, was 21. He married Mrs. Mamie H. (Alewine) Thrasher in 1920,when he was 41 years old.[2] Mamie died in 1958 and Hiram died on November 7, 1966,[3] in Franklin, Georgia,[4] at the age of 87, and was buried in Canon, Georgia.[5]
