WEDDING REPORT. A quiet wedding took place at St. George's Cathedral. Perth, on the 11th ult.. Minor Canon Petherick officiating. The contracting parties were Arnold C. N. (late 10th L.H.), only son of Mr. Arthur Quartermaine, of "Ravenhurst," Wagin, and Miss Ivy Gladys, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Sexton, of Gosnells. Mr. Don Brimms, of Wagin, was best man. The bridesmaids' duties were effectively carried out by Misses Jaentsch, Phyllis Pair, and Ruby Sexton (sister of the bride). The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, wore a gown of ivory crepe de chine trimmed with butterflies of pearls and train lined with palest pink. The veil, which was beautifully worked in true-lovers' knots, was fastened with pearls and orange blossom. The bride carried a shower bouquet of white roses, carnations and bridal creeper. Miss Jaentsch wore pale pink georgette over white crepe de chine, shadow lace cap with pink streamers, bouquet of pale pink roses and bridal creeper; Misses Phyllis Fair and Ruby Sexton were gowned alike in pale blue crepe de chine, white lace caps with blue streamers, and carried baskets of white flowers and bridal creeper and white ribbon streamers. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Sexton entertained a few friends and relatives at Keough's reception rooms. The honeymoon was spent at Bunbury, the bride travelling in a navy blue costume with rust colored hat.
