Daniel was born in 1859 in Bonavilla near Mullagh in County Clare, the son of James Sexton and Bridget Sexton. He was baptized on 8 Dec 1859. He grew up on the family farm in Bonavilla. In 1889 at the age of 29, Daniel married Ellen Reidy at the Roman Catholic chapel in Cree. They settled to farm in nearby Rhine and had six children together. His wife Ellen died of heart failure in 1922. Daniel died in 19xx....
