Biography

On his WWII Draft card, Charles James Seymour gave his birth as October 3, 1891 at Baltimore, Maryland and his next-of-kin as Mrs Ann E Seymour of Richmond, California. At the time he was 50 years old and lived on Roosevelt Avenue in Richmond. He was employed by the Standard Oil Company in Richmond.[1]

Charles died November 14, 1951 with registration at Contra Costa, California. Mother's maiden name given as White.[2]
