Biography
Melanchton was born 30 December 1847 the son of Melanchton Seymour and Cornelia Olmsted.
He married Louise Chapin on 15 January 1885 and they had four children: David, Allyn, Louise, and Howard.
The family lived in Montareal, Quebec, Canada.
