George was born in about 1808 to John Carey Seymour (bef.1770-bef.1826) and Dinah Biggs. He was baptised on 01 Jan 1809 in St Nicholas Church, Radstock, Somerset, England.[1]
On 15 April 1827 George married Maria Simmonds in St Nicholas Church, Radstock.[2]
