George was born in 1865 In Shelby County, Ohio and a son of Henry Shaffer and Magdalena Mann.George W. Shaffer and Isabel Russelle married on March 8,1894 in Shelby, Ohio, He passed away in 1943 in Piqua, Miami County, Ohio and buried in the Pearl Cemetery in Swanders, Shelby County, Ohio. [1]
