Biography

When Harriet A Sharp was born in November 1841 in Anson, North Carolina, her father, John, was 44, and her mother, Mahala, was 27. She married Isaac H. Smith on December 25, 1859, in Chattooga, Georgia. They had eight children in 17 years. She died on April 5, 1921, in Ellis, Texas, at the age of 79.
