Sarah A. Sharp was born in 1846. She was the daughter of Robert Sharp and Sarah Crawford. She grew up on the family farm in Millstream, Studholm Parish, Kings County, New Brunswick In 1871, Sarah was living with her widowed mother and was working as a school teacher.
Sarah died in 1918 and was buried in the Church of the Ascension cemetery in Apohaqui, New Brunswick.
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA.
