Ann (Annie) Sharpe was born on April 27, 1847 in Millstream, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of David Sharpe and Mary Ann Folkins. Mary Ann died just three hours after the birth of Annie and her twin sister, Mary.[1] Mary and Annie were adopted by William Musgrove and Sarah Sharpe.[2] Sarah was David's niece, via his brother Samuel and Mary Ann's cousin via Sarah's mother, Elizabeth Parlee, and aunt, Keziah Parlee.
Annie married John E. Slipp on June 8, 1875.[3] They had twins, one of whom died in childhood.
Annie died on October 15, 1887 and was buried in the Kirk Hill Cemetery, Sussex, NB.
