(1906). INQUEST. CHRISTIAN SCIENTIST'S DEATH. LONDON, Monday, 2.55 p.m.— At an inquest to-day on the body of Sydney Macalister Sharwood, brother of Mrs. Stephen Fairbairn, the evidence showed that he died In a London boarding house from fatty degeneration of the heart due to pernicious anaemia. The jury expressed regret that a doctor had not been summoned during his final illness. The evidence Indicated that deceased was a believer in Christian Scientist treatment, and that the people with whom he was boarding were of the same belief. [The cable probably refers to the wife of Mr. Stephen Fairbairn, the noted Victorian all-round athlete, who was a member of the Cambridge University crews which defeated Oxford in 1886 and 1887.]
