An ancestral file shows an Abigail as a spouse of Benjamin Shattuck, as a spouse of Samuel Shattuck, and as a sister of these two. It's likely that there were only one or two Abigails, and that there is some confusion between names. Since the Abigail who is a sister of Benjamin and Samuel has 3 spouses, she is likely to have existed. [1]
