Frederick Shaw was born on 11 December 1799. He was the son of Sir Robert Shaw, 1st Bt. and Maria Wilkinson.
Marriage
He married Thomasine Emily Jocelyn, daughter of Hon. George Jocelyn and Thomasine Bowen, on 16 March 1819.
Politics
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dublin between 1830 and 1832. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for University of Dublin between 1832 and 1848. He held the office of Recorder of Dublin. He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Shaw, of Bushy Park, co. Dublin [U.K., 1821] on 19 February 1869
Death
He died on 30 June 1876 at age 76 in Dublin (Irish: Baile Átha Cliath), County Dublin, Leinster Province, Ireland.
