Nathaniel Shaw was born in 1717 to Jonathan Shaw and Elizabeth Atwood. He married Hannah Perkins on May 10, 1739 in Plympton.[2]They had 12 children. He lived in Raynham, Bristol, Massachusetts in 1790 and 1800. [3][4] He died in 1800 in Plympton,[5] and was buried in Lakenham Cemetery in Carver, Massachusetts. FAG lists death date as August 25, 1800.
