Biography
Michael was born in 1843. He was baptized on February 7, 1843 in Dromtarriff Parish, County Cork, on the same day as Jeremiah Sullivan (1843-aft.1900). Two of Jeremiah's sons (Jeremiah and Michael) would go on to marry two of Michael Shea's daughters (Catherine and Johannah) in New York City.
He was the son of Bartholomew Shea. He passed away in 1900.
