Biography
Arthur Sylvester Shearer was born on 29 Dec 1880 in Ford, Illinois to parents Lewis Shearer and Mary Jane Ray. He married Clara Mary Haag on 15 Sep 1903 in Illinois. Children: Leslie Eugene Shearer, Genevieve A, Dorothy I, Vivian M, Kenneth L. After Clara died in 1928 he married second Florence Elizabeth Stokes. He died in Oct 1963 in Oak Park, Illinois.
