Nuncupative Will of HENRY SHEARIN. 26 Nov.1781; Feb. Court 1782. Affidavits of JESSE BELL & WILLIAM FOOTE that "he died last night" & that he intended his Est. to go to his wife MARGARET & his two children. will proved by the oath of Jesse Bell and William Foote be admitted to recored as the last will of Henry Shearin,deceased,and that Margaret Shearin truly administer with the will annexed.

Henry must have died before Feb. 14, 1782 Warren Co. North Carolina.

Margaret Shearin came into court and returned,on oath,an inventory of the Estate of Henry Shearin,deceased,and on motion the same is ordered to be recorded [7] [8]
