Biography
Daniel, his wife Mary, and five of their children were immigrants from County Cork to Upper Canada, part of a project led by Peter Robinson. They sailed on the Star in 1825 and were settled in Douro Township, W Lot 1, Concession 5.
Research Notes
The 1861 census page listed under sources shows numerous Shehans. In addition to Daniel's household, it appears to show the families of Daniel's sons Patrick and Henry.
