He was living in Maine when he married Eliza Agnes Smith on September 3 1901 in Levis, Quebec. [1]

Joseph said he was born in New London, PEI on his naturalization papers. He was living with a family in 1881 in Lot 27 - Albany, PEI is in Lot 27. His death record says born Albany, PQ. Names of his parents not known by his family when they filled in his death record.
This was the closest found, in the PEI Baptismal Index, but this man died at age 18.
