Biography

From Ruth Strait: "Edwin worked in the oil fields when I knew him. He was your mother's [Edna Sheets Clark's] favorite and I guess she must have been his, for when his two children did not want to be buried there, he gave their places to your parents.

"There was a very small house on the farm out near the road and Ed and family lived there at times. Probably when he worked close or when they needed it now and then. He was not one of my favorites, as he was such a tease."

Edwin V. Sheets (and his wife Nancy Devol Sheets) were baptised on 6 May 1891 by The Rev. H. Cofer.
