Biography
John Sheffield, LABOROUR,[1] was baptized on 10 Oct 1708 in Hardwick. He is the son of John Sheffield and Susanna Unknown.[2][3]
On the 5 Nov 1732 in Hardwick, John married Elizabeth Bishop. Marriage witnesses: Lawrence Rickard, Thomas Syared.[4][5] From this union there would be at least seven children born; Thomas, John, Elizabeth, Mary, Ann, Susanna and Richard.
John was buried on 22 Apr 1796 in Hardwick aged 87.[6]
