Biography

Ireland Native
Mary (Sheil) Little was born in Ireland.

Mary's death certificate says she was 89 years and 4 months old when she died. Her parents are listed as Christopher Shields and Sophia Gaird.

1850 - living in Chili, Monroe County with her children (probably) Christopher and Esther. Age 50; born in Ireland.[1]

1875 - living with son-in-law William Gough's family in Riga. Age 80. Widow.[2]

1880 - living with son-in-law William Gough's family in Riga. Age 83. [3]

Mary died on August 4, 1894, in Riga.[4] Mary is buried in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery, Churchville.[5]
