DNA

This William Shelton has often been assumed to be the son of Crispin Shelton, s/o Ralph Shelton of Middlesex Co., VA however DNA evidence proves this to be false. Ralph's descendants all carry a rare marker in the 5th allele. The first tester on William's line is SH-06 (WHO DOES NOT CARRY THIS RARE MARKER AT THE 5TH ALLELE) found on my website.[1]
