It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Anna by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share DNA with Anna:
My 10th great grandmother was Anna Shepard Quincy Fiske. She married Moses Fiske in 1700 10 years after Daniel died. My 9th great grandmother Margaret Fiske was born in 1705 in Braintree, MA. I will be adding Moses as a second husband.
I believe that Anna Quincy Shepard Fiske died 24 July 1708 in Braintree, MA and she is buried in Quincy, Norfolk, MA.
