Charles had six brothers and three sisters, although the first two sisters and one of his brothers died as infants. [3]
Charles married Vera Gertrude (Brown) Shepherd (1890-1919) on 28 October 1911 in Sydney, NSW, Australia. [4]
Charles and Vera had a son (Herbert) and a daughter (Roma).
Charles passed away (from the Spanish Flu) on 16 June 1919 at Redfern, in Sydney, NSW, Australia. [5]
