Biography
Penninah Sheppard was baptised in Britwell Salome, Oxfordshire on 4th June 1814[1]. She was the daughter of Thomas Shephard and Ann Talbot. Her father stated on the register that he was a labourer and that the family were living in Britwell Salome at the time.
