Edward was born about 1925. He was the son of Thomas Shepherd and Ruth Odgers. He passed away about 2006.
I am the second son of Ruth and Eric. I was born May 7, 1925. I received my education in the schools at Hyde Park and Prince. After leaving school, I worked for a short time for the C.N.R. before joining the Canadian Army. Upon my discharge from the services, I resumed employment with the railroad. In 1951, I married Margaret Lawson. We had three boys and a girl; Eric, born December 10, 1953 was killed in an oil field accident at the age of 16; Brian, born July 25, 1956 was killed in a car accident in 1978. I have now retired, and made my home at Meota, Saskatchewan. [1]
