Sybil was born about 1929. She was the daughter of Clifford Sherman and Gertrude Peters.
In the 1940 US Census, she is found in the household of her father along with her mother and five siblings. She was described as a 10 year old, single, white, female, who had completed four years of education.
She passed away in 2016.
