Daniel Sherwood, son of Dr. Thomas was born 22 September 1710 and was christened 8 October 1710. He married Ann Walker daughter of Sanuel Walker. He was Quartermaster, Troop of 4th Regt., May 1743, promoted to Lt. in May 1750 and Capt. in Oct. 1755. He died in Trumbull in 1761.
